EOFY Sale Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our EOFY Sale! We're excited to offer you fantastic discounts on a wide range of products. To ensure a smooth shopping experience, please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Sale Period

The EOFY Sale is valid from Friday 12 June 2026 at 9:00am to 30th June 2026 at 11:59pm, AEST. Discounted prices are only available while stocks last and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.

2. Discounted Products

Discounts apply to selected products only, as identified on the website.
Discounts are automatically applied at the Checkout stage.
Discounted prices are reflected within the cart and at checkout.

3. Discount Codes & Trade Accounts

Discount codes cannot be applied to sale items. 
Trade accounts are not active during the sale period, and further discounts cannot be stacked at checkout. 
NO additional discounts are to be applied or stacked when checking out. Only the price shown at checkout is valid and can be processed. 

4. Order Confirmation & Processing

We recommend you double-check your order details before confirming your purchase. Due to high sale volume, order amendments may not be possible after placement and could result in needing to place an additional order.

5. Stock Availability & Order Fulfillment

If our warehouses do not have enough stock to fulfil your order, you will not be able to complete your checkout. However, in rare cases where an item becomes unavailable or stock has been miscounted, we will contact you upon recognition and suggest alternatives, lead times, or a possible refund at your request. 

6. Returns & Exchanges

Our standard return policy (90 days) applies during the EOFY Sale.

We do not offer exchanges. To accomplish this please request a refund and place a separate order for the items required.

7. Delivery Information

Please remember EOFY is one of the busiest times of the year for ecommerce. 

Orders placed before the daily cutoff are dispatched same day, from our two Victorian warehouses. During peak periods (typically the final days of the sale), dispatch may be delayed by one business day due to high order volumes.
Majority of items will be sent via Aus Post, and are subject to their lead times. 
Please check the Australia Post website for their current lead times and any delays caused during the EOFY period or otherwise. 
EXPRESS POST is available at checkout, with the price being calculated based on weight and destination.
