Please understand that due to the value of our hardware we do not offer samples to the public.

We understand online shopping can be difficult, and sometimes it helps to touch and feel the quality for yourself.
This is why we offer a 100% refund on the price of any product purchased for change of mind, and encourage customers to order a unit of their desired hardware to ensure our products are suitable for their project.

Please also know that our hardware while sometimes small can be quite heavy, which is why we are unable refund any shipping costs involved in regards to our change of mind policy.

We ask that all existing trade customers - of at least 6 months of trading with us - fill out the form shown here so we can review the request and samples may be sent out at our discretion. In some instances we may ask you to cover shipping of any samples offered.
